the pioneer project
Our sustainable living curriculum exposes students to the joys of living simply and getting their hands in the dirt. As a member of the community, each student will have a caretaking role of the week that can include tending the chickens, watering the garden, managing the composting system, and other seasonal tasks.
All activities are dependent upon season, student interest, and instructor availability.
<-- Watch a video of our Director talking about the importance of local food and how we integrate it into The Pioneer Project.
